How long is my message displayed for?

Static billboards are booked for a minimum of 28 days (4 weeks). You can keep one site for multiple months or rotate vinyls to different locations for greater coverage. Digital billboards can run from 7 days with 8–10 second slots depending on the site.

What is an appropriate planning window for my campaign?

Ideally plan three months in advance. Allow one month for creative and print. Some premium sites book 6–12 months ahead, but last-minute opportunities are sometimes available.

What is the process to get my advertisement on the billboard?

1. Source and book billboard sites.
2. Create artwork (we can assist).
3. Produce and print vinyl.
4. Install on selected sites.

Do BM Outdoor prepare the artwork for my campaign?

Yes. We offer in-house creative direction, design and copywriting. If you already have a designer, we can still manage production and installation for consistency and quality.

Can I move my billboard vinyl from one site to another?

Yes, if the dimensions are the same. Reusing vinyl helps maintain visibility across different markets while controlling production costs.

What happens to the billboard print when my campaign is finished?

We remove your vinyl carefully and store it for three months free of charge. After that, we can recycle it or ship it back to you.

How much does a billboard cost?

There are thousands of billboards nationwide. Smaller sites range from approximately $1,900 to $3,600 per month, print around $500 and installation from $395. Premium sites may exceed $100,000 per 4-week period.

How do I measure the results?

We use a system called “weekly impressions,” estimating total traffic and visibility. For deeper insights, track response via unique phone numbers, URLs or offer codes.
